Alter user dialog

Fields

Username		Username of the user. This is used when the user logs in. This value can only be altered when creating a new users
Enabled		The user can only log on if enabled
Full name		Full name of the user
Password		Password for the user

Buttons

Next		Takes the wizard to the next part of the sequence
Cancel		Cancels the edit
