Click the export of the holiday request workflow, and save it to disk.

Then in the hierarchy view, right click on the folder in to which you wish to import the workflow. Select "Create"\"Import workflow definition" from the context menu. Then in the file dialog browse for the export that you downloaded.

Once selected click OK and the import will be complete. The workflow can be viewed/edited by double clicking on it in the hierarchy.
