In order to export a workflow, first find it in the hierarchy and double click on it (or select "Edit" from the context menu). This will bring up the workflow editing view.
From the file menu, select "Export". Then specify a filename in the file dialog. The exported workflow will be saved to this file.
In addition to the workflow definition, the case definition is also saved. If the case definition is not present in the hierarchy when the workflow is being imported then this version of the case definition is created and saved to the hierarchy.
