Create new users which will be used in the rest of the example - (page 2 of 6)

In this step we are going to add three users "Ann", "Bob" and "Carol".
From the Windows studio select Users and then "DB". You will be presented with a list of the users in the system. If you do not have permission to add new users the "Add new" button will be disabled, contact your workflow administrator to get permissions.

Click the "Add new" button, and fill in the details for Ann. You only need to fill in her name and password.
On the next page fill in an email address that you receive.

Repeat these steps for Bob and Carol.
