Level: basic
Recommended reading: Defining content

Now we have a working simple workflow, we need to make it available to other users. In order to do this we publish the workflow. From the workflow editing view select select "Exit and publish" from the "File" menu. Now any user can start a workflow from the hierarchy view.

In order to start a workflow from the hierarchy view, just right click on the workflow definition and select "Start" from the context menu.

Published workflows can also be added to a users favourites. To do this right click on the workflow definition and select "Add to favourites". Favourite workflows are shown in the task list page of the Web studio and allow commonly used workflows to be quickly launched.
