Drag the approval activity in to the split

In this step we reorganise the workflow to put the approval question in the split. First press the left mouse button down on the approval question, and hold it down. Then drag the activity until the mouse is over the "Split" bar (the left most thick black bar).
Then release the mouse button to drop the activity. It will be automatically connected to the split.
