Create the groups that contain users - (page 4 of 6)

Level: basic

In this step we are going to create a group which contain several users.
In the Windows Studio select users\Edit groups from the menus. In the Web Studio select users from the top strip and then click "Edit groups".

On this screen, type the name of the group (in this case "Executive management") in to the "Group name" box. The select the users DB/Ann, DB/Bob and DB/Carol in the left hand list box.
Then select the button marked with ">>" to move these users in to the group. Click OK to save this group.

Now create the other groups (as described in the summary of this how to) in the same way.
