View a summary of the statuses of all instances with the same definition - (page 2 of 7)

Required reading: Simple workflow

In order to view the status of a workflow you must select "View status" from the context menu on a workflow definition in the hierarchy. This option is only visible if the workflow is published.

Selecting this option displays the screen below. This screen displays:
  Graphical status view, displays the overall status of the workflow definition. Allows you to see a summary of all workflow instances which are based on this workflow definition. This view can be used to detect bottlenecks in the workflow. Selecting activities on the diagram filters the workflow list to only show instances in which this activity is started.
  List of instances, list of instances which are based on this workflow definition.
  Version filter, allows the version of the workflow definition to be selected. This changes both the graphical status view, and filters the list of instances.
  Status filter, filters the list of instances to only show instances which are in the state specified.
