Action to execute an application

Path: Root\Workflow\Standard actions

This action executes an console application.

Common uses

Simple integration

Quickly allow an executable to be run, either synchronously or asynchronously. If the action is run synchronously the result (anything output to the standard output) is added to the comment of the activity.

Properties

Path	Full path of the executable, this path must be accessible to the workflow engine user.
Parameters	Scriptable attribute which represents the parameters send to the application.
Wait for exit	Specifies whether the engine waits the application to terminate. If checked then the application output is added to the comment of the activity

Fired either immediately the application is started, or if wait on exit is check, immediately the application finishes execution
