Action: Is permitted

Action which checks user permissions
Path: Root\Workflow\Actions
This action checks whether the user is permitted based on access control lists (ACLs).
The following names are setup for use in relationships.
Owner: owner of the workflow
Creator: creator of the workflow
Performer: performer of this action.

Common uses

Skip steps for superuser Makes most users take a route through the workflow that requires additional signoff, superusers can skip these steps

Properties

ACLs Set of ACLs which define both a transition name, and a ACL.
Transition Name of the transition to fire if this step is permitted.
ACL ACL which defines whether this transition is to be followed

Transitions

User defined One transition per ACL defined, fired if the ACL is passed
Denied This transition is fired if all ACLs fail
