Retry and escalate

Retry a sets of steps a few times, if they continue to fail then escalate

Repeats

Specifies the number of repeats before exiting the loop.

Loop	Transition fired before the maximum number of repeats is reached
Exit	Transition fired after the loop has finished repeating
