Action to send notification mails to users

The mail action sends an e-mail to one or more e-mail addresses. The addresses, subject and body can be tailored to dynamically include information from the current workflow.

Notifies users of system about progress in the workflow or about errors in the workflow

Properties

To	Specifies the list of people to send the mail to. This field takes the form of a set of email addresses seperated by semi-colons. The email addresses are either specified literally (eg sales@antorg.com) or, if prefixed by a $ they are intepreted using a responsible string.
CC	Specifies the list of people to copy the mail to. This field takes the form of a set of email addresses seperated by semi-colons. The email addresses are either specified literally (eg sales@antorg.com) or, if prefixed by a $ they are intepreted using a responsible string.
Subject	Specifies the subject of the email. This field is specified in the scripting language which allows information from the case to be extracted and displayed.
Body	Specifies the body of the email. This field is specified in the scripting language which allows information from the case to be extracted and displayed.
